A Minor Change for the New Year

Today, I decided to amend my "What it's all about" mission statement to include my (outdoor) garden. I have found myself writing about it more than I thought I would, and I really enjoy doing so.

I also considered changing my tagline to "Growing Along with My Gardens" or "Growing Along with My Gardens--Inside and Out," but decided against it. Houseplants are my first love, and I want them to remain my primary focus.

Site Maintenance

Over the next few days, I will be playing around with the site, just a little bit. When I added the label cloud to the sidebar area, I noticed just how many useless labels I've added to my posts, and how many potentially informative labels I've left out.

So, I'll be going back through my posts, adding and removing labels. I may also play around with the sidebar, and do some other minor editing tasks, as well. I figured it was best to start with this while I still have a manageable number of posts in the archives.

So if you notice anything odd going on, that's why.
